I scheduled appointment due gum pain. I waited in the office for 40 min past my appointment time. They did X-ray and told me that they can not help me to fix my issue and gave and referral. So I got no help. In the office they told me that I don’t have to pay. But now I received the bill says I have to pay $86 after all. An update: I call next day to find out why do I need to pay this amount and got an attitude from reception named Stephanie. Which is made my experience with this place even worse.

My daughter needed some dental work done. On March 13th I called in to pay $500 deposit. I explained to them on the phone I needed something permanent in her mouth. Not something she could take out on her own. They said ok that will be $800 deposit. The appointment was then set for April19th . I get to appointment on the 19th. The dentist comes in and says they don’t do permanent ones at his office. Ok? Why did they take my money? Charge me 200 dollars more? Wait over 4 weeks? Then he doesn’t even do that there? No one can explain that. Then to get my money back I had to wait days to even speak to the woman that can put it back on. So I had to wait 5 days to get my money back. Completely dissatisfied.

They just pulled my wife's tooth and sent her home with no pain medication because they said that people abuse them. Are they trying to imply that my wife is a drug addict? We will be going somewhere else from now on.

I have to start out by saying that I truly hate the dentist. I had a horrible dentist growing up, and avoided going at all costs once I moved away to college. The only reason I even decided to go here was because *shocker* I started having tooth pain after years of avoiding the dentist.... My very first time at Winchester dental I voiced my anxiety and was met with a very caring and compassionate staff. I had my teeth cleaned by Emily, and she was so sweet, gentle, and made me feel so much less anxious about being there. I was seen by Dr. Greco, and she was also super nice and extremely professional. I went back and had two cavities filled, and she did a great job of keeping the discomfort to a minimum.The whole process was SO much easier/less painful than I ever thought the dentist could be. Before they did anything, they showed me the exact costs of the procedures, and how much they would be charging insurance. That part can be so confusing , and they did a great job of making sure I know exactly how much everything would add up to. Crystal helped me out with that. I highly recommend this dentist, and I will absolutely be returning when necessary in the future. I'm still not a fan of the dentist, but Winchester Dental got me to go back, which is really saying something!!
