I will never recommend this place. I never had experience tooth ache 😫 in my intire life until had my tooth filling done by Dr. GARRIS. He drill too deep and my nerve get infected per Dr. L and the staff who done xray. I came to get evaluated and hoping they help me with my pain. No they don't, send me with antibiotic saying it should help the pain. Instead refer me to specialist and for root canal. I I have to suffer from pain and pay my bill because of what they did.

I scheduled appointment due gum pain. I waited in the office for 40 min past my appointment time. They did X-ray and told me that they can not help me to fix my issue and gave and referral. So I got no help. In the office they told me that I don’t have to pay. But now I received the bill says I have to pay $86 after all. An update: I call next day to find out why do I need to pay this amount and got an attitude from reception named Stephanie. Which is made my experience with this place even worse.

My daughter needed some dental work done. On March 13th I called in to pay $500 deposit. I explained to them on the phone I needed something permanent in her mouth. Not something she could take out on her own. They said ok that will be $800 deposit. The appointment was then set for April19th . I get to appointment on the 19th. The dentist comes in and says they don’t do permanent ones at his office. Ok? Why did they take my money? Charge me 200 dollars more? Wait over 4 weeks? Then he doesn’t even do that there? No one can explain that. Then to get my money back I had to wait days to even speak to the woman that can put it back on. So I had to wait 5 days to get my money back. Completely dissatisfied.

They just pulled my wife's tooth and sent her home with no pain medication because they said that people abuse them. Are they trying to imply that my wife is a drug addict? We will be going somewhere else from now on.
