I just love Sam and Dr. Richardson. I was terrified of the dentist and Sam put me at ease immediately with her upbeat, amazing bed side manor. I didn’t give 5 stars because I found out after doing very expensive work that I was out of network and my ins didn’t pay much at all like under 200$ versus 1000’s. Julie the manager was very nice and I irked with me to get this resolved. I would just say for future reference that these things should be brought to the patients attention prior to the bill. I know it isn’t the practice’s responsibility but, out of good practice.
