(If I could give zero stars, I would.) Extremely disappointed with the way Winchester Dental handled our situation. Despite being fully able and willing to pay on the date of service, their system was down, and we were unable to complete payment. Instead of working with us or showing basic communication and professionalism, they sent our bill to collections with no follow-up or notice. To make matters worse, they canceled all of my family's future appointments without any explanation or courtesy call. The lack of empathy, respect, and customer service was shocking, especially from a practice that serves families and children. We’ve since paid the balance in full, not because we were avoiding it, but because they failed to manage the situation properly. Thankfully, we are now returning to our previous provider in Herndon, where we’re treated with care and respect. Save yourself the frustration and take your family elsewhere.

They took me as urgent / emergency patient on Saturday morning. I was not a patient it was my first time going there. They solved the problem using Panoramique 3 Dimention X-ray.

My Smile Club Membership gives me the opportunity to see my favorite Dental Hygienist Laura. Laura is really into her job and making my smile bright and healthy. Beyond the hoops and scream I play as an act of humor she is the best. A Five Star Rating isn’t enough stars.
