I had a cleaning on 9/26/25 and the only problem I had on this visit was when the assistant was rinsing my teeth after brushing them, she accidentally splashed some water on my face. She did hand me a paper towel afterwards to dry off and she apologized. The dentist who did the exam afterwards was nice and thorough. The dental hygienist, Shannon is the best at the actual cleaning process, that I have experienced at Winchester Dental. I was in and out in no time. When I arrived, I was asked if my information was the same and since I replied yes, I didn't have to do any paperwork to check in. Plus, I was politely greeted by the receptionist and she called me by my name upon approaching the counter.
